Everything was lovely, excellent location near train and bus stations, Termini central station, and Piazza Venezia, very enjoyable experience. Very friendly staff, answered all questions.

Every time in Rome, I choose this place. Overall, its best base for exploring Rome attractions. The hotel offers best possible location near Rome downtown. A metro station is set near the property. The room is ideal with a great decor. The hotel stuff is AMICABLE and efficient.

Consider requesting a room away from the entrance for a quieter stay, as some rooms may experience noise from the lobby area.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues. First, the room was smaller than expected and felt cramped. The loud flushing noises from neighboring rooms were quite disruptive, especially at night. I also encountered a problematic shower that wouldn't hold the showerhead up properly, leading to an uncomfortable bathing experience.

The stay was pleasant, especially considering the staff's willingness to help with luggage after checkout. The room, although small, was well-kept and served its purpose as a place to sleep after a long day of exploring the city. With major attractions like the Colosseum and Roman Forum being a short walk away, it provided an excellent base for sightseeing.

Several maintenance issues including mold on the walls, a broken TV, and lack of proper shower functionality. With only two plug sockets above the beds, one was non-functional, and problems persisted for days before resolution. The state of cleanliness could use significant improvement to meet basic expectations.

Although the heating system worked well, it would have been nice to have a more consistent water flow in the bathroom.

The location was magnificent and particularly good, close to everything and suited our needs. the room was clean and included central heating, a flat-screen television, and a writing table.
